Do these run true to size?

@vlofashion They run a tiny bit large with no socks. They are true to size with socks. For example, if you normally wear a size 9, an 8.5 may fit. It all depends on whether you wear these with socks.

@jessrod45 I would say to go down .5 size if you plan to wear them without socks. I'll measure them later today and add another comment with exact measurements. As for returns, I'd be happy to do it but Poshmark doesn't allow it. :-(
