Prom/ Formal red floral Mcduggal dress size 2

Red floral off the shoulder Mcduggal Dress. I altered it to a size 2 but the tag says size 4. 52 inches from armpit to floor and 15 inches across the chest. Has pockets and is the comfiest dress every! Originally purchased for $400.
