dianemcmanus @mrshowelljr Hi I like a extra large top. Let’s face it with age you learned to work with what you have. I got the xl at first it felt tight but tried it on again and it’s a beautiful dress and am going to wear it feeling fabulous. It has a high slit in front and depending on how low you are willing 2 go in the front. You can have those areas taken in. Glad I got it. I hope this helps you. D

dianemcmanus I used to be a triple g I got u beat☺️. But had 2 remove my breast and reconstructive surgery much smaller. Because you shared your information. You would need a xxxl because the middle area does not have a lot of give I think someone else is offering this dress in the size you need. I think I saw it. I will look and alert you. Good luck I am a c cup now and a size 10. Good luck
