Like new, timeless, vintage chocolate colored velvet blazer features a one button closure and deep patch pockets with side venting and a beautiful brown and white polka dot lining. Don Simonelli was a designer for famous brands and his own brand in the 1960s-1990s, whose callaborations and designs were sold in places like Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's and Henri Bendel. I couldn't find any specific references for this particular jacket and brand.
