rougelips@careyvernau No, it’s stretchy. The chart reflects the actual measurements of the dress when it’s on a flat surface. The waist will stretch to 30 in L size. You should be good 👌🏻😊

rougelips@hannahwanders Hi there! It has some stretch so it may fit, but I cannot guarantee a 100%. Granted the price is lowered by about 40%, so if it doesn’t fit, you can always resell it for at least $50. Not that it’s your goal, but it’s a plan B 😄
