This is a three layered flowy skirt. The first layer is tulle, followed by lace and than silk (as shown in the pictures). It is light ballet pink in color with an elastic waist band. It was only worn twice and comes from a smoke free/clean home. It has no stains or damages to it and is in like new condition.
