donellajane@alexxthornton Ok, I can't really say where the shoulder starts/stops since the straps are adjustable, so a better measurement would be from the waist down which is approx 51" (I measured from the top of the waistband). Waist is approx. 13" (measured flat). Does this help you any LMK, thnx:)
