NWT Lapis 3 Way Navy Dress, Midi Skirt

See pics. I bought this to wear as a skirt, but never wore. Noticed a slip of fabric showing at seam (see last pic). Rayon and spandex. Hand wash, dry flat. Color is navy, not purplish as it appears in some pics. A bright navy blue. Awesome hem! Pet smoke free.
