rougelips@sthompson1881 hi there! Thank you for the question! The fabric has no stretch. When you tie the waist, at its tightest, it will measure 30”. I’m size small too, my waist is 26-27”, and it fits. It’s not a tight dress, so you mice freely in it. But if you are unsure, I suggest you wait a couple of weeks, I will be getting Small sizes.
