Minuet cocktail/formal/prom dress, size S

Beautiful teal Minuet dress perfect for any formal occasion. Never worn and from a smoke-free home. I bought it from Modcloth on a whim and it sat in my closet. I never had an occasion to wear it and now I'm definitely too old for it lol. Really a lovely dress with gorgeous detailing.
