austin_gal@showsatiable hi! These run true to size, and have a wonderful comfy fit👌🏻on the sz medium, the upper arm measures approx. 8.5” (taken flat), so between 17-18”. And yes, I always accept reasonable offers!! 💗💗 this gown is gorg!! Soo beautiful💕💕 thanks!!

So sorry I missed this, 36” bust would do the medium, or small...the small will be more fitted across the chest, but like you said “you don’t want to be swimming in it”....the sz small will still be flowy throughout and I do think the medium will otherwise be a bit looser than you’re looking for...small or medium, but I would lean towards small for you. 💗💗
