Lovely unique black and floral prom dress from Free People. Worn once for senior prom 2016 and dry cleaned and stored since. Small red beige floral print with tulle netting and delicate boning for secure strapless fit. Lightweight georgette (I think) polyester with black ribbon waist. Fits a Size 6 although model is much smaller so holding the back of the dress.

teeloncar @caraalicia89 Sorry for the delay. If I'm measuring correctly, the waist is 27" The ribbon detail is where the waist tapers at the smallest point before flowing out to the full skirt. The bust is 34" which makes sense since my daughter was a 34D when she wore it to prom.

teeloncar The dress was worn once in 2016 and has been in a garment bag in storage since being dry cleaned. The top has no padding in the bust but has light wiring at the bust line where the curved edge is located. I'm not sure you could wear a strapless bra since the cleavage line is so low. My daughter chose not to and had no issues.
