It hails from a renowned Coty-award-winning couture house (the fashion equivalent to the Oscars pre-1970s!) and each piece was hand-sewn in their Hong Kong atelier for heads of state, royalty (both Hollywood and actual!) and fashionistas the globe over (prior to that word existing!). Hillary collects these rare pieces! 🤗
