This is a light kinda sweater cardigan shrug. It does have two buttons at the bottom and a deep V neckline. It's not completely see through but I wouldn't wear it alone. I used it once to wear at the office over thin and short sleeve blouses. It just wasn't thick enough for what I needed in the colder office climate I was in. Size small. Perfect condition.
