dalailamia@jimenezlaura728 there are different ways you can use them :) I usually hold a stone in my hand to connect and set an intention and use it during mediation or just carry it in my pocket/purse. You should also cleanse and charge them. to cleanse you can smudge or wash them (some stones can’t be washed thou) and to charge fullmoons and eclipses are the best times to do so
