lovinia30 Hi Liz. I received a COD slip from the post office today for $28.60 postage due on the sunglasses I bought from you. I was asleep when they came so I wasn’t able to talk with the postal person. I’m not sure what’s happening but I didn’t agree to pay more than the $6.79 shipping. I’ll contact the post office tomorrow to return it to you.

lizbennardello If you want keep them and I’ll send you a money order for 28.60 I’ll pick it up today. On some of my orders I’m having problems but I’m NEW at this and it’s been costing me money instead of making it - If you can just give me your address so I don’t have to go back into the orders to find it . No worries I’ll give you the money

lizbennardello @lovinia30 I believe you, don’t worry when I go to the post office today I’ll get a money order for 28.60 and send it to you - I think it has to do with the box I put it in because the lady at the post office is like the postal police , she was yelling at me.

lovinia30 @lizbennardello Good morning Liz. So I checked with Poshmark and they say that either your pkg was overweight or the wrong type of packaging was used to mail it. They suggest I refuse the pkg (and I feel comfortable doing that) then it will be sent back to you and they will provide you with a new label so that you can re-package and mail it back to me. This way, you won’t be out $28.60. Ok?

lovinia30 @lizbennardello You’re welcome. I’ve never sold anything on Poshmark but according to their FAQs page, after your sale to me, they e-mailed you a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label that you have to print out and put on any mailer marked Priority Mail (not Express Mail) because they’re free.

lovinia30 @lizbennardello Yeah, I guess it can be tricky. Also, if you need to upgrade the label due to the weight, Posh says to go to the tab that says ‘My Sales’ then click on the order that needs an upgrade; Then tap ‘Need new shipping label’ then tap on ‘Need Heavier Weight Label’; Next, go to ‘Weight’ and select the desired weight for your label. Any extra cost will be deducted from your earnings/credits. Tap ‘Next’ then ‘Send New Label’ and they will e-mail you the new label. I hope that helps.
