@ashg42001 Hi, they have a "shorts" lining, and that is Not see-through. But, I wouldn't recommend wearing black underwear under them. Below that lining, they have a slight semi-sheer appearance- very slight, even more slight, when wearing them/when they are actually on. I kept a pair of these, and I've worn them 3 times- I can't tell a difference between where they are lined and not.
