lemoncello21 @cole_ro27 hi! And I have to apologize...what a terrible description I have here for sizing. :/ Chico’s runs pretty big. I just tried this skirt on and it is a little big on me. I wear a size 26. I would say this is a 4/6 actually. The waist measures at 15.5” laid flat and does have an elastic waist. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :) Cheers!
