@zydeconyc hey! The top is about 17" across when laying flat. And the bottom is about 20" to accommodate for your figure. I am typically a size 6 in bottoms, but find that Free People bottoms normally run small, so I got this size hoping it would fit and it's a little big on me. I would guess it would fit either a size 8 or 10 comfortably. Let me know if you have any other questions!
