Cold Shoulder Bodycon Cocktail Dress BCBGMAXAZRIA

Amazing fitted cocktail dress! One half is black, the other is an awesome white blue/grey flora pattern. It is a soft stretchy jersey fabric. Has cold shoulder detail, draped neckline, cinches at the waist and has rouching on one hip to really accentuate the fit. It is shown with a belt, and has a belt loop, but does not come with a belt (I bought it without one and wore my own). Size small, worn only once and dry cleaned!
