caradock @woodana1 Hi! Yes, it is true to size. A small would wear a S/M and a large would wear a M/L. If you're a medium, you could go either way. I would think about how much room you need around the waist. Less room = S/M more room = M/L

caradock @vtgimage Thank you! I am not going to be able to get more of these, however, I tried on both sizes when I received them and there is very little difference in fit. The only difference I found was the M/L had a little more room at the hemline than the S/M.
