pinktenajI’m so sorry about your loss of Toby, and yes all dogs go to heaven🙏. I recently read about a book where a little girl who died and when her dog came to heaven he ran right to her and jumped in her arms🥰. I’m sure we will all have that great reunion with our fur babies. So yes I firmly believe we’ll see them again🐶!
