janeane46 THIS MAY BE A STUPID QUESTION TO YOU, BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN PEOPLE LIST THE WAIST MEASUREMENTS LIKE YOURS IS. I DONT KNOW WHAT 12" IS FOR A TOTAL WAIST MEASUREMENT. IS IT 24?

claudette621 @janeane46 good question!! That measurement is of garment laying flat, so multiply it by 2 for total waist. I used to note in my description, I need to add that back to my description 😊👍🏽. These pants also have spandex which not included in flat measurement.
