Can you tell me the bust measurement on the large and the material please?

@siamesebfly when I lay it flat and measure the bust it is 21 inches across (42 inches all the way around). The fabric is 95% polyester 5% spandex (it has a lot of stretch but keeps its shape). When I pulled it out, there was a flaw along the seam. I fixed it, but wanted to make you aware.)
