silverskylight @slumberland Hi 😊 they dont scratch or will hurt your wrist . However some are a little pointy so it is a little less confortable to wear than regular round polish bead if the bracelet is too tight on wrist . But if not too tight on your wrist it shouldnt be bothering you at all . Its handmade so if you need a different size just let me know and i can adjust so it is as comfortable as possible for you ✌🏻💕😊
