ergochloesMy dream home is a stately Victorian. You are so lucky. The porch! It's straight out of the Adam's Family. 🖤🦇

Sep 09Reply

ladyarachnid@ergochloes We really are lucky in so many ways. We moved from Knoxville which is pretty big so living in a tiny little town like Elizabethton has been an adjustment (mostly good). The house still has a lot of its original features which is spectacular.

patchoulijuliThis is hilarious 😁 I love Portlandia. 🖤 I experienced just what it is your talking about concerning this post. Other Poshers had the Dahlia top in my preferred size but because I also wanted the dress you had for sale it just made good sence to buy um both from you because the high price of shipping from multi sellers. 👍

Jan 19Reply

ladyarachnid@witchhunt I agree, I mean I love getting things in 2-3 days but I definitely figure the cost of shipping when choosing which items to buy and what kinds of offers to make.

I sign all my paintings that way...and now my thank you cards to buyers as well. and thinking Vixen van Gogh's Vintage has a nice ring to it. perhaps for a legitimate business one day. we shall see. And sorry I blew up ur comments. 500 character limit doesn't sit well w me. lol

Feb 01Reply

ladyarachnid@vixen_van_gogh No, blowing up from really cool people is great, you're welcome to make comments any time! I never thought of PM as being oddly social when I first started but honestly I've "met" a lot of interesting people on here (you being one, of course!)

Feb 01Reply

dixiemingHi really good would you mind if I used this.💐🐶

May 16Reply

ladyarachnid@dixieming No, not at all! I get so many people making 1 item bundles I thought it might be good to have a listing that explains how it works. :)

May 16Reply

dixieming@ladyarachnid Thanks so much. Hope we get lots of sales this weeks end ( or at least some)💐🐶🥰

May 16Reply

ladyarachnid@dixieming You too! It's been really hit or miss, I've been sending out discount offers like crazy and that seems to help a bit. Good Luck!

May 16Reply

dixieming@ladyarachnid Hmmm me too! Can only get better🌹🐶

cristyanityHow to make a page like yours could be interesting to those of us who dont know how the poshmark site works very well.

Jun 15Reply

ladyarachnid@cristyanity What a nice thing to say! And thanks for your purchase, I just dropped it off at the post office. If you have any specific questions about how I got started I'd be glad to answer them!

Jun 16Reply

ladyarachnid@colorpopcre thought you would enjoy photo #2 on this listing. I'm always telling my husband "someone just made a 1 item bundle." 😐

Jun 27Reply

colorpopcre@vixen_van_gogh I agree nice ring to it!

Jun 27Reply

colorpopcre@ladyarachnid hahahahahI love it!

Jun 27Reply

nastygalwannabeTBH, I am guilty of this...mostly tho to make a private comment, or bc I FULLY intend to actually bundle the item with something else, then end up not finding anything. but I don't bundle until I'm ready to buy. also if u bundle it means the seller doesn't HAVE to send me a shipping offer, so if they can only discount their item a few bux but can't discount more if they have to save shipping too, then that means I might end up saving a few extra bucks. I don't mind when people bundle single items

Sep 02Reply

nastygalwannabebut that's just me! lol

Sep 02Reply

ladyarachnid@nastygalwannabe Oh I agree, there are good reasons to put 1 item in a bundle, like you said just to communicate with the seller w/out putting everything out there on the listing. But the ones that put 1 item in there and then you never see them again, that happens to me a lot. I think most times it's just either an oopsies (like they didn't actually mean to do it in the first place) or they intend to come back but just forget or don't see anything else they want.

Sep 02Reply

Mar 20Reply

ladyarachnid@carastarr I know I love the idea of the Portlandia guy in full goth gear in a Bed Bath and Beyond. 🤣

Mar 21Reply

bohemianredI love this picture! This has to be from an episode of Portlandia I’ve never seen 😂❤️ Fred Armisen is the best.

Dec 24Reply

ladyarachnid@bohemianred It is from Portlandia , I thought it was a good meme for a bundle listing since I carry a lot of goth items. :)

Dec 24Reply

erica_erikitty@witchhunt u could not be more right!! That's what I try to explain to girls on my fb group. They all want to offer just one thing! I'm always telling them fine but ur limiting ur sales by doing that. If someone wants ur item but they are looking for shoes that match, have that $hit there for them!! Love u for saying it, it's good to know I'm not the only one thinking this!! ❤️

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag feel free to screenshot the 2nd photo and use at will. One of my first creations on Adobe Express for well, reasons.

Mar 19Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid I am going to have to. Daily I get women who bundle 1 item and I am getting tired of telling them 1 is the loneliest number that you'll ever be

Mar 19Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag I just started ignoring them, but then again I do give up to 30% off discounts on my items bundle or not so it's 6 of one half a dozen of the other to me. Plus Posh finally got smart and if someone makes a one item bundle it puts a "like" on the item so they get a discount without me even having to go into their lonely bundle. 😹

Mar 19Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid u know whats great karma? When someone offers you nothing for a NWT Betsy Johnson item and then someone same day buys it full price no offers. Its a weird happy petty joy that only reseller's can fully appreciate. Hope you and the hubs have a great Easter tomorrow. I imagine you out looking for black eggs.

Apr 04Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag I love it. And Posh probably sent your cheapwad would-be buyer a message saying sorry your item is sold and they could check and see what it sold for. Boo hoo. I know, schadenfreude is one of the joys of my existence. :) Hope you have a great Easter too, we're not church goers (shocker) but I don't ever pass up the opportunity to make a holiday meal so I'll be in the kitchen. 🖤

Apr 04Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid It really is good. Some guy bought some mens Zara shoes and then wanted to return them because he said they were womens. He sent in the pics and they said...GASP men inside them. PM charged him and he wrote the nastiest messages to them and so they kicked him off. Im going back to doing a live in position next week and so I will be putting this sh-t show on vcay a lot. I plan on eating Amish pot pies tomorrow and watching Something Really Bad Is Going To Happen on Netflix.

Apr 04Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag WTF is with people trying to return stuff? I laughed so hard. "MEN." Seems like you have more problems with dudes trying to return sh!t, makes me glad I currently have no men's items for sale! The last person who tried to return something was the woman who scammed me and sent me the junk clothes instead of what I sold her. She also seemingly doesn't have a Posh account any longer, hmm...so I guess Posh occasionally works on the side of good and right.

Apr 04Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid he F bombed so many times it was hilarious! I enjoyed him giving it to PM. I would love to drop a few more F bombs myself, but I have found that will get your on time out for 48 hrs. Telling someone to F themselves silly is a no no. Yes, be thrilled you dont deal with men on here. They are very aggressive and will say some stuff to you. Do we know why they changed the photos? it all looks S00 terrible its like they want us to fail

Apr 04Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag Yeah, it sounds like he was trying to get himself escorted out of Poshmark with that behavior. F bombing where Posh Support can see it is a good way to get thrown out, yay him. They changed the photos because some IT nerds were bored and needed a way to make their jobs seem important so they just changed things up. It's like slapping the words "new and improved" on a box of cereal when in fact nothing changed. But in this case it's worse, things look seriously messed up.

Apr 04Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag I've sent them numerous complaints with detailed descriptions of how my photos don't look the same on the app vs. my computer but it's all crickets. I figure I've wasted enough time telling them this was a horrible idea and let other people complain about it until something finally gets done. But by then I will have started doing all my photos in 3:4 portrait format and when they fix it then those photos will look jacked up too. 😱

Apr 04Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid I am typing up a complaint to send in now. And, its Not just the pics. I have an Apple phone and its a newer one, so thats not the issue, I cant share on the App anymore. The icon is gone. I have to open the page and scroll to the bottom which is a Giant pain and time consuming. Im having to log in online to share. The fonts are very small as well. Its all a mess!

Apr 04Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid I think he was new here. Of c screaming at me in all caps that he wants to return these f0cking shoes that don't f00cking fit his f00cking feet etc wasn helping him. He said I was a scam artist and a fake profile. It was really ugly. The only think I saw on his page was 2 comments from other sellers saying that he had made offers but the payment di go through. SHRUGS I have a lot of clothes to pic and list but I'm being lazy and saving them for a garage sale at this point.

Apr 04Reply

caffeineandswagI dont see the pic...are you hinting that you're secretly living at Bed Bath and Beyond?

Apr 17Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag Yes, I'm living in a closed abandoned BBB. :) No, it's in my meet the posher listing. Click on About at the top of the page and it should come up.

Apr 17Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid Hi I couldnt find the house pics. Some lady bought a NWT Ralph Polo dress and then at first said it was tight on her and then a few minutes later said it couldnt be real and was a fake because it was tight on her. PM gave me 40 minutes to respond and then instantly said she must be right. They emailed me that its wrong to sell "fakes"

May 13Reply

caffeineandswagIm doing it again if u wanna keep in touch, if not I wish you the best of luck on here!!!

May 13Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag That is insane. I can't believe they did that. I checked your account last night I think it was and didn't see any listings and wondered if you decided to hang it up. What is their problem? Are they so desperate for money that they just side with buyers in all cases? And doesn't Posh Protect NOT cover people if something doesn't fit???? I just don't get it. Azzholes.

May 13Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag Ok, I just put the photo of the house in this listing so you can't miss it. As I said before I'm old but the lady in the photo is not me. LOL

May 13Reply

caffeineandswag@ladyarachnid Oh wow that’s a beautiful old home!!!

May 15Reply

caffeineandswagSo today it’s been eight days since the case was decided and the lady has not sent me back the address and Poshmark just keeps making excuses for her and I’m like she doesn’t get to keep the $23 dress. Please have her send me the dress back today or pay me today it’s been eight days.

May 15Reply

ladyarachnid@caffeineandswag Thank you! It's my dream house with a lot of the original doors and windows and fireplace stuff. And because it's in a tiny little town we could afford it (plus the sellers were kind of in a bind and needed to unload it fast). No wonder you're sick of Posh...what a load of crap. I hope you let them know why you're moving on, if they were doing me that way I'd be tempted to either give up and send all my stuff back to thredUP or just move to another platform.
