Love this shirt/mini dress. Great 3/4 sleeves that can be cuffed and buttoned to be short. Adorable belt loops to add a sylish belt (no belt is included) . Cute styling with ruffles on front. Love, love this but it's too tight in my bust area now! Needs a new person to love it now! Laying flat, bust (armpit to armpit) is 17 inches. Length (collar to hem, back measured) is 33".
