Flat*APPRX Sz 2, measuring across Top 16.25" * Upper Bodice/Waist 14" * Hips are accommodating~ A-Line Silhouette. Sz 4, Across Top about 17" * Waist Almost 14.5" * L Same. I'm home today should you need additional info :) Hem is straight for EZ alterations if needed.
