noesbeisic @cschmidtka : Try this -> To actually cancel the order, go to you Account Tab > My Purchases > “Select the Order” > Problems/Order Inquiry > Accidental Purchase. One other requirement is that the order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.

cschmidtka I cant show you the screenshot I took it looks like . I can't add an attachment but the error says since it was done with "make an offer" the 3 hour rule doesn't work.

noesbeisic @cschmidtka : Ok I canceled order and told them what happened. As a seller Poshmark doesn’t like when we cancel an order but I wasn’t aware you couldn’t cancel if it was through the offer button. But I’m myself also learning as situations come along💕
