This is a new, never worn, Hailey Logan by Adrianna Papelll dress. I got this dress as a birthday gift but the 9/10 size is too big for me. It’s a pretty dark blue with sprinkles of violet glitter all around. Strapless. No flaws or stains. Made in China.
