fitdivision @maddmadd27 I always recommend to go one size up from your top sizes for example if you wear shirt size small get a Medium from the waist trainers also there's two styles breathable and latex do you plane on working out with it pr just wear it around the house?

fitdivision @adrielspring yes it does help I'm 5'7"tall and 114lb and the small fits me so I would suggest to go with Medium if you have flat tummy but Large if not

fitdivision @toriwhitney hey sweetie so for 26 waist I would suggest to start with Small to fit countably in the beginning if you haven't wear waist trainers before. But have in mind I'm a skinny 26 waist and fit in XS but I'm working on getting my waist smaller and being tight doesn't bother me I'm even ok getting to the second hooks row. By the picture of your profile I would say you can definitely fit in XS if you like to work on smaller waist

fitdivision @drkeythomas hello I just added the measuring in the last picture for reference, I am a size 2-4 in jeans and size small is good for me in some of my skinny days I even get in XS, so you can start with Medium if you prefer working your way down and not get too tight in the beginning , and then transition to size Small, or directly jump to Small and work your way down. Depends on how tight you can handle at first.
