iqclothessavvy@sonic0boom Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for visiting us again! "In My Opinion" it appears to be a 16 vs a 20, just my opinion. Please review the measurements. I am an XL, so is my SIL. However, I have a large bust whereas she has very wide shoulders. So same size looks different on each of us. I think the measurements are the best judge of how it will fit. The bust is open and adjustable tie (or no tie). The skirt on the full suit is tiny waist. Hope this helps.

iqclothessavvy@sonic0boom Our mannequin is a 16 / 18. Barely got the skirt zipped. The self tie is at waist. If it was at bust it would not fir mannequin. Hope this helps. Thanks again for visiting!
