kel2717 @kristaleigh29 the XL is about 14” laying flat. Same length at 25”. If it gives you any indication I typically wear an XL/12/14 and the XL fits me. I hope that helps. It’s a fully rippled elastic waistband. It’s super stretchy & soft. ❤️💕❤️
