New, no tags. There is one issue, it's unlined and some of the sequins can be felt on the inside, it's not too uncomfortable but do keep it in mind. - Form fitting sheath dress. Soft, stretchy, clingy knit material. Size L. - Unique silver sequins on the front. They shine, but they are not shiny, they are more of a matte sequin  - Approximately when laid flat: about 35in long; about 17.5in armpit to armpit; about 15in shoulder to shoulder. Questions?
