White House Black Market Cold Shoulder Blouson dress size 10. It’s a beautiful brick red, burgundy and tan floral pattern with a dotted coordinating print peeking out at the bottom. Elastic cinched waist with a tasseled tie. Measures approx 37” in length but comes up an inch or 2 once on and cinched part sits on the waist. I’m 5’6” and it hit about 1” above the knee.
