mmmmmmarta@christina4nd with these and the Bra harnesses- they are made by the same manufacture - so I found that it’s best to go by whichever size you wear most often for fit. If you wear mostly larger amount most brands then a large should be great! If it’s another size- it’s worth holding out. They do have elastic and are adjustable as well.
