@16sahunt Hi! It should fit - it doesn't close it just sits open so there's not a bust restriction. I myself am normally a size 6 bordering a size 8 but I'm currently pregnant and almost due (two weeks) am probably a 38 DD or so 5'11 and have gone up about 50lbs... and a large fit me - it would be able to reach to close if it had a zipper. So I'm not normally a size 12 but gauging by this I would say it would probably fit. I hope this helps!! Let me know if you have any other questions.
