mattichristin @sewerrats1 on a size 10, laying flat unstretched is 14.5 inches. It will stretch out to almost 17.5 inches. Fabric count is 98.5% cotton and 1.5% elastane

jnjowens @mtspen7 in Judy Blues I normally wear a 9 since they are juniors sizing, since these are comparable I thought I would wear the same but they were a little small.
