New. This dress has approx 17" three quarter length sleeves. Black decorative buttons appear down one side and across the front. A black pleated ruffle appears at the dress’ hemline as a decorative element. The hemline ends at the middle of the calf. Pull over with concealed zipper at the side. Form fitting bodycon shape. Made of soft & stretchy lightweight cotton/poly blend knit.
