kendolphin @chanttelle I am going to say yes, in the photo my husband wears a 32x32 pants and the elastic waist could have handled a couple of pillows without any issues.

kendolphin @mariashehadeh laid flat with elastic it scrunches up to 12 in but with the elastic fully extended with the material it goes to 26in. Flat. And the material is a little stretchy itself.

kendolphin @marenisee yes the belt is adjustable the largest it goes is 62 inches on the largest hole there's three holes but you can cut it and make different holes if you have a skinny Santa
