kkauf11@shogan54 in the pictures, you can see that the top of the box says Chanel. The price sticker says Neiman Marcus because the boots were purchased from Neiman Marcus, which sells Chanel items.

kkauf11@shogan54 the heel is very sturdy, and is of excellent quality, as one would expect from Chanel, but it isn’t particularly heavy, in my opinion. The boots themselves are very comfortable and easy to walk in!
