@bullets06 Sure! I will be home in a couple hours and take measurements for you then and double check to see if its itchy! I dont remember it being itchy but I received it as a gift and only tried it on once. It was pretty but the wrong size for me!

@bullets06 It's about 18-19in. unstretched underarm to underarm and 22-23in. from shoulder to bottom hem! I didn't wear it but felt the fabric and it doesn't feel itchy to me. Thanks!
