40s fit & flare new look dress with a gorgeously pleated skirt in the cheeriest red. This dress will stop hearts when you sweep into the room wearing it. A dramatic and lovely dress for the holidays! *crinoline used to show some of the fullness of the skirt (can be even fuller). Dress slips on over your head.
