jessicajeanc @lesleysam18 hi! The shoulders of that mannequin in the photo measure 16’ across. Also I measured that elastic piece that rest at top of shoulders, and that is 12’ as is, and 18 inches extended fully. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you! 😊
