I’ve had an irregular heartbeat for years- and I use a sleep apnea/cpap machine too- my father & brother both had strokes at the same age I did- we don’t have the best genetics!😩. I’ve been with neurologists for years- my twin & many family members have aneurysms - it’s just the hand we were dealt! Fish oil for yrs & no processed foods really of any kind-😘👍

delilahwear @smaroulis yes , I hear you !! The genes we are dealt . I have high cholesterol , but refuse drugs . I became a vegetarian 18 years ago , and I am screened often .i to eat clean , run a 5 k 5 days a week . Guess what ???? I’m A TWIN TOO⭐️♥️❤️❣️♥️😊😘🤣 They give me some type of blood work to see what my percentage is for a stroke or heart attack once a year . You are beautiful ,please never let a minor flaw ever make you think otherwise 😘😍😊

deborahrn Hi Susan, thanks for the follow especially from my favorite shopping city. I'm not so very far away. The hurricanes tried to relocate us, but thank God we were very blessed. We did evacuate to Pinehurst just in case. I'm Deborah and it's wonderful to meet someone who shares awareness to such a cruel disease. I've been a nurse for many years, I never can get past my granny not knowing me when she became really ill....I lived with her from 13 until marriage. Fabulous closet!!!⚘⚘⚘🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴👠

My father passed young. And his 2 sisters died w Dementia. Again, I’m so sorry for all you experienced. You have a lovely closet- thank you for all the shares. smaroulis @thriftlover58 absolutely! You just beat me to “small world “. Everyone says share- but you have to relist- that way your listings appear on top of the main feed page. List the brand first in your listing too. Also try to photograph your listings on a white or bright background. Relist at least 3 times a day.

smaroulis @thriftlover58 edit, next , list. I’m glad you asked! Click on your listing pic- in the upper right hand corner- you’ll see Edit- hit it- & keep your finger there. When Next comes up- hit it- & then List will appear- hit it- you are done. It is much faster on your phone! On the computer- it takes longer because you have to go to the bottom of the page.... and then return to your closet. You can relist very quickly once you get use to it

ajas1227 Love your closet. Absolutely gorgeous. I have similar medical history & can tell you first hand, moving to warmer climate has been best decision I could’ve made. Has been much better for pain & discomfort. I had my first stroke approx 10 years ago & my last in Jan. 2018. Hope the climate change is a positive for you too. BTW luv ur fur babies. So precious.

smaroulis @ajas1227 I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had 2 strokes. Life can be very tough. I hate to get too personal here- but I have sleep apnea & I think that caused my PVCs to get worse & caused the stroke. Now I use a Cpap - for years- & I got a pacemaker in January. Boy I didn’t think id be like this at my age! I’m rotting lol!!!! Thank you for your kind words & support ❤️I mentioned the sleep apnea in case you need to be checked- I never snored- I have central sleep apnea

I read your past comment and just want to share with you that Dr John Bergman's lecture on YouTube helped me to understand about health when I had a hard time. Also Dr Jeff Senechal is good too! sweet468 @smaroulis You're welcome! Also when you eat meals, eat veggies first, then protein. After that eat carbs (not too much though). Fibers from veggies & protein helps to slow down blood sugar spikes so that it protect arteries!

Haven’t had much time lately bc my mom lhad surgery last week ,of course I’m here with her so therefore the only thing I can do is share and do I have a lot to post !!! 😥😥 Her girlfriend and I take turns and I am grateful she has such loyal friends. But I’m hanging in there and she’s doing remarkably well I must tell you how much I LOVE IT! ❤️🙏🏼🙌🏼

smaroulis @icebly1956 absolutely! I’m not so great w my iPhone- but I usually have to lighten a pic to get the color right. I use Pic Collage- it’s a free app my son told me about. Take your pics- then open the app once you have taken your pics. You’ll be able to crop, add borders, lettering, etc. good luck😘

U R beautiful I can just tell! And the Dementia awareness is close to my 💜! 😔Just lost my daddy in June. After colon surgery he was never the same. Dementia set in & my daddy was hidden away forever 😢 My evil step brother moved in on him, stole everything & a yr later he was gone! All the best PFF❣️

She might also be following you. This seller is a SCAMMER and not trust worthy. She took my and my friend’s funds and never sent the items.She will ask for you to pay outside Poshmark, then block your email and phone number afterwards such that you cannot contact her anymore. He / She is a CRIMINAL.

Currently, there are several SCAMMERS with different IDs who sell Apple products. THANK YOU for your kind words towards my closet name.
