This is NWOT. I love this dress, it just was always a little too tight! Therefore, it has never been worn other than to try on and is in EXCELLENT condition.
There is no brand on the tag and no size; however, it appears to be a size 6. The top is made of lace and it turn to velour at the waist to the bottom of the dress.
Comes with matching belt.
Waist: 12” (before stretch) stretches comfortably to 17-18”
Pit to pit: 16.5-17”
Length: 39”
