jerseyglam@abbion Hi doll! They're true to size but if you want to wear thick socks with them I would recommend going up a little to 1/2 or next size.

jerseyglam@laradil I think they would be better for snow than rain. I don't think they would get too much rain in them just walking/jumping in puddles but if you were to walk through straight up deep water some might get in where it laces in the front - but not much.
