Thank you so much! How does the strap adjust? What is the length of it for crossbody? I am pretty short and sometimes the length is too long and bags hit me in the thigh. :( Thanks again for your help!

@al_sobo you adjust the length with the two snaps towards the bottom of the shoulder. The crossbody should be fine on you - it’s a 19” drop when it’s at max length.
