Awesome anorak utility jacket by Arizona brand from JCPenney. Features a gathered tie waist to accent a woman’s body. Has 2 gold zippered pockets on the chest and two flap pockets at the hip. Features convertible sleeves from full length to 3/4 length. 100% Cotton. Measurements are approximately: 28 inches total length, 24.5 inch sleeves, and 17 inches from armpit to armpit.
