juliehunt30@shadesofred posh is an interesting place lol. I’m dealing with so much drama right now. I bought a purse that was described as flawless and is a hot mess. It cost me $599 and posh didn’t accept the return even though I followed policy. Truthfully, I am heartbroken. I’m trying everything to get them to help me but there’s no real customer service other than automated emails. I’m hoping my closet sells soon so I can then close up shop.

juliehunt30@shadesofred yea. Posh ruled in her favor. No clue why. She’s only been on posh since last January and I’ve been a seller/buyer since 2012. She sent me an entirely different purse. You can tell. They released the funds to her so at this point the money would have to come from posh and that’s a long shot. I’m filing a small claim. I won’t give up. Not on $599!!! Plus shipping lol.

I never had to return anything before and the one time I do, they don’t stand behind their own policies. It’s BS. If you do buy on here, use funds from other sources. That should protect you. I used Posh credit. Stupid me.
